Welcome to Emergency Computer Technicians!  Our aim is to provide the domestic and small to medium business with quality computer consultancy, software support and training material.

Our goals and our aim

We are aware that the costs of consultancy often exclude home users from the kind of quality support all computer users should be entitled to.  Often these costs are also prohibitively high for small businesses that are establishing themselves and trying to grow.

We aim to fill that gap, keeping costs low but quality high and providing a friendly but professional service that is affordable for even the home user.

How we can help

• One to one tuition on subjects such as digital photography, how to edit and email pictures efficiently, how to set up and troubleshoot home networks and other similar topics
• Short and inexpensive video walkthroughs demonstrating clearly how software can be used to its fullest capacity
• Affordable webdesign and advice on how to use the internet and world wide web to help small businesses and sole traders

In partnership with Kitchener-Waterloo Social Planning Council member Anbrin Naqvi, Emergency Computer Technicians consultant Edward Sheldon demonstrates cellphones as part of the Seniors on Seniors nationwide technology training program.
